1) Charge the device with an official charger for at least 30 minutes, and then try to power on again.
2) Press and hold the power key for 10 to 15 seconds until the device vibrates, to perform a forced re-boot.
3) Try to reset or update your device. (Refer to “How can I perform a factory reset on my phone”).

Note: Things that can harm or impact your device battery performance are
- Not using the TCL original charger that came with your device.
- Using your device near a heat source or in high temperatures outside.
