Google TV displays message: No internet connection

Some steps to help you resolve internet connectivity issues.

To check for your TCL Google TV's current Network and Internet status please try the following:

  • Using the TCL Google TV remote, press the Settings (gears) button.  A panel will display on the right side of the screen.
  • Select the Settings options in the panel.
  • Scroll to select Network & Internet, make sure Wi-Fi shows enabled
  • From the list of available networks, if the selected and highlighted is your home network, it should show Internet Connect: Connected.
  • Click the back arrow on the remote, this should display all the submenu under Network & Internet
  • Scroll to and press OK on Check Internet Connection
