Why do I Lose my Wireless Connection when streaming from mobile devices

Please follow below given steps to resolve the issue:

  1. While you are connected to TCL Sound bar, please don’t switch devices to which the music is being streamed to.
  2. Ensure that your device is in the same room as your speaker.
  3. Ensure that your device is within 30 feet of the sound bar.
