Knowing your TCL TV’s model number helps you find the right support articles, downloads, accessories (like remotes or wall mounts), and software information. Below are the easiest ways to locate it—on your TV, on the box, and in your TV’s settings.
What the TCL Model Number Looks Like
Your TCL model number is usually a mix of numbers and letters, such as:
- 55Q750G
- 65S555
- 75Q650F
You may also see a serial number (S/N). The model number and serial number are different—make sure you copy the model number when asked.
Option 1: Check the Label on the TV (Fastest)
Most TCL TVs have a label that includes the Model and S/N:
- Turn the TV off (optional, but helpful).
- Look for a label on one of these areas:
- Back of the TV (common)
- Side panel near the ports
- Bottom edge near the center or one corner
- Find the line that says Model (or Model No.) and write it down.
Tip: If the TV is mounted on a wall, you may find the model number in the settings instead (see Option 3).
Option 2: Check the Box or Receipt
If you still have the original packaging:
- Look for a sticker on the outside of the box that lists Model and S/N.
- Your receipt or order confirmation may also list the model number (sometimes abbreviated).

On some TCL TVs, the model number may also appear in a System Information or Product Information screen within Settings. If you don’t see it under About, check nearby menus like:
