Remote control
What should I do if I lose my remote control?
Please contact your local after-sales service to purchase the remote control.
What to do if the remote fails to control the projector?
1. Check that the remote-control batteries are installed correctly. If necessary, replace the batteries. Pay attention to the positive and negative poles when installing batteries in the remote control.
2. Operate the remote within the effective range and angle of the IR sensor.
Note: the projector will not respond to remote commands when warming up or shutting down.
Does the Projector support voice control/Alexa/Google?
The remote control does not have a built-in microphone, so direct voice control is not supported.
However, you can use the Roku mobile app (iOS/Android) for voice functions. Make sure your phone and projector are on the same Wi-Fi network, open the app, and connect to your device. You can then use the app's voice search feature to find content, launch apps, and more.
Note: This product does not support direct integration with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
Image
What is the native resolution of the Projector, and does it support 4K?
The native resolution is 1920×1080 (Full HD). It supports 4K@60Hz input signals and is fully backward-compatible. When playing 4K content, the image will appear noticeably sharper and more detailed than standard 1080p projection.
What should I do if the image of my Smart Projector is fuzzy or blurry?
A blurry image is usually caused by incorrect focus. Please follow these steps in order:
1. Auto Focus: Go to “Settings” > “Projector settings” > “Start auto-focus”. The projector will automatically adjust the focus until the image becomes clear.
2. Manual Fine-Tuning: If the image is still not sharp after auto focus, go to “Settings” > “Projector settings” > “Image Correction” > “Manual Focus”. Use the left/right directional keys on the remote to fine-tune until text edges appear crisp and clear.
3. Lens Cleaning: If the issue persists, inspect the lens for dust, oil smudges, or fingerprints. Gently wipe the lens surface with a soft, dry lens cloth (avoid applying pressure), then retry the focus steps above.
How bright is this Smart Projector, and can I use it during the day?
It delivers 350 ISO lumens of brightness. With curtains drawn or in a room without direct sunlight, the image is clear and viewable. For bright daylight conditions, we recommend using an ambient-light-rejecting (ALR) screen for the best experience.
What should I do if there’s deviation after automatic keystone correction?
The placement of the projector will affect the correction result. Front projection delivers optimal correction performance, while side projection may lead to slight tilting of the screen. Such minor deviations fall within the normal manufacturing tolerance of the product.
If the screen offset is minimal, you can manually adjust the keystone with the following steps:
Go to “Settings” > “Projector Settings” > “Image Correction” > “Manual Keystone”>Use directional keys to adjust corners until square, if the adjustment exceeds the available range, adjust the physical placement and try again.
If the deviation is severe after automatic correction, or the automatic keystone function fails to work at all, please contact our after-sales support for assistance.

You can adjust the projected image size by selecting “Settings” > “Projector settings” > “Image Correction” > “Zoom”.
Use the up and down arrows on your remote to adjust zoom.

Fogging is a physical phenomenon that occurs on the projection lens when it is subjected to sudden temperature changes in extreme weather conditions.
Turn on your projector for about 30 minutes, and the projection lens will get back to normal.

The projector features a fully sealed optical engine (LCD panel + LED light source), completely isolating the optical components from outside air. Under normal usage conditions, dust will not enter and affect image quality.
