Changing Temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius

If you need to change the temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius on your TCL Portable Air Conditioner, follow this simple step:

Step 1: Press and Hold the Temperature Buttons

  • Unplug the unit for 5 minutes.
  • Plug the unit back in and power ON if it does not start up on its own.
  • Locate the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrow buttons on the control panel.
  • Press and hold both buttons at the same time for 3 seconds.

Step 2: Wait for the Reset to Complete

  • After holding the buttons, the unit may beep or display a change, indicating that the reset process is complete.
  • The settings will return to their default state.

Step 3: Resume Normal Operation

  • Adjust your desired temperature and mode settings as needed.
